Is there a website or a place where I can sign up or view what upcoming shows are around my area?

Try this. I found a bunch that we are setting to go to.

Try looking at your local Craigslist as well. Under Artist. And see if you can google local events that you think your designs might sell well at.

Where your located? i thinks you can get the info from the shows recognizers or event organizers get the B.cards of them and call them for new events and parties.
