looking to learn how to dye/dishcharge these shirts to get this dye effect. then want to screen print over them. or looking to buy them from somebody. where can i find them? or how can i make them?

Do a search on "stone washed tshirts." You will find them for sale and instructions on how to make them.

By the looks of it, that's a mineral wash t-shirt. Not sure where you are mate, if you're in the U.S.
