I use TSC like Sean, and Alpha Shirt Company and San Mar quite a lot as well. Also check out Bare Apparel, one of the forums preferred vendors, for Affliction/Ed Hardy style blanks.

Here are some major garment distributors you can look at:

Bodek And Rhodes

Welcome to Broder

Prices are going to vary greatly depending on what quantity you buy.

i used TSC for 2 years before i found several better alternatives. TSC has made way too many mistakes for me, with no apologies. they don't even honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
TSC is wolves in sheeps clothing. They have a great polished image, all centered around the customer, but I can tell you with completely unbiased honestly that they are an empty shell. They really don't care. They are absolutely the worst supplier I could think of.

their website is constantly down, like every night. speaking of which, they're new site launched over a week ago, and they can't even provide the customers having problems with logins that work. i buy almost $100K of blanks a year, and i get treated like crap over there. they truly don't value their customers.

TSC to me is a marketing company. their stock/inventory/will call issues are just awful. the customer service at the fullerton TSC will call is like going to the DMV. there isn't even the slightest concept that the customer is the reason the place exists. I boycotted TSC about a year ago, and only use them in an emergency.

here in so cal, where we have many choices, they are the bottom of the barrel. it took me some time to realize that. if it sounds like i'm mad at TSC, well.. you're very perceptive :D

yeah, i was gonna say, we primarily use s&s... broder can be a huge pain if you don't do big orders - they look after the big guys quite well from what i hear, however.

will have to look into TSC.

thanx guyz

Guys! Guys! prove me right or wrong here! All the above mention are Middlemen. If you want the lowest cost of shirts...don't deal with the middlemen. I think the best shirt out there is #1 Hanes Beefy T-Shirts. #2 is Otto's Compy T-Shirts(better known as Pro Club) #3 is Pro Club they are not a middleman, they are the actual the mill. Deal directly with the Mill and you can save some money! How much heck I don't know! LOL But in all fairness I think Americana has the lowest cost. Are they a Middleman? I won't tell! As far as a DTG Printer goes Hanes Beefy T-Shirts look the best on a DTG followed by the Otto Compy T-Shirt(aka pro club) and last but not least is the Pro Club. I like a heavy, High Crew neck myself. Just my 2 cents.

i think best is a completely subjective call. feel, weight, blend and how well they take a print, not to mention all the the above after wash play a role.
customers only get to feel/see the tees before they're washed, which i think is problematic and yet nearly impossible to avoid.
i'm not familar w/ otto's but i'll be sure to check them out.

We use Heritage Sportswear in Ohio. prices are great and the web site and customer service is excellent. We use thinc actionwear for our hats as well but when we tried them for appearal we didn't like their prices unless you where buying whole cases of 1 size of a item.

We have just started with Broder and and been happy with them so far. San Mar is huge and very good. But we are a small shop and enjoy dealing with Heritage they have been with us since we started and have been flawless on every order from 10 shirts to 1000 they never let us down
