It's custom made, not from a common supplier like anvil, jerzees or fruit of the loom. The contrast color in the neck is called a "neck tape." If you can purchase a sample, you can probably send it to a manufacturer to replicate. It seems like this company is probably doing something similar to a licensed NFL shirt from Reebok, Nike or VF/Majestic.
Only custom made shirts will have contrast neck taping. We have made shirts like that and
they look attractive for display. I cannot think of anyone selling them as blanks.
