Joe is right, unless you're planning on sending them in individual garment bags on a rack, they'll get wrinkled. Thats why most, if not all, retail shops are equipped with a garment steamer. We once had one customer who complained about the temporary imprint the press left on the shirt around the image when the screen was squeegeed. He said they were "ruined". Well, we had to steam out the lines of his entire order after that (proving they weren't ruined, just temporary impression marks), then replace them in a box where they just got wrinkled again!Let me tell you, although some customers will find ANYTHING to complain about, wrinkles are up there with something you just can't prevent. Its just not worth your time!

Awesome guys. thanks. im a new member on here and the reply was surprisingly quick. Thanks! I was just worried because whens i get the blanks in a box, sometimes they sit for awhile depending on what orders i get and they get quite wrinkled. and when i go into the retail shop the tees look like they have been ironed. im still kinda worried this would look bad on my part.

Its not your responsibility to put these out on the retail floor and merchendise to make them sale-able. Thats what they hire staff for. Plus, if something hangs for long enough, or its folded and sits in a pile, the wrinkles generally fall out (at least thats the case for cotton and cotton content-heavy fabrics).
