Aloha folks,
I've recently placed my shirts in three local stores here in Hawaii. They've been there for about 2-3 weeks now. How long should I wait before I call them to see how the shirts are selling and if they need to reorder?

Fortunately, one store called me after a week on her own to make another order.

It's OK to call a customer and ask how's sales are going and if they need more. New customers, two weeks is fine, it shows that you care and offer to replace designs that don't sell.

Yep I agree with john, just call and ask how the shirts are doing and if they are happy with them. Its nice as a retailer to know that the wholesaler cares about how things are going. I think its a opportunity to build a good working relationship with the retailer that way, as they will know you are there if they need you :)
