Hi everyone hope everything is going good!
I have a questions, we just finished printing 200 chinch
bags on the pockets, the print was a 2 color.
We use a lot of spray adhesive to hold the bags in place, and the bags have a sticky residue inside the pocket. Is there anything I should do about this, if so what would help? Or, should I leave it?
Thank you so much a head of time for any help, input.

If it's not real heavy you might be able to wipe it off with acetone and a rag.

I've found that you can get heavy adhesive off the inside of a shirt using a spot gun at a radical angle to blow it off sideways without damaging the print on the other side.

Your other option would be to fit the bags onto the platen like a bag. Maybe use a smaller screen and clamp them?

The sticky residue should go away after they cool down.

You could always just spray baby powder inside the bags.

We sublimate our bags. Dye sub on a 100% polyester bag. Bags are about $1 for 13x15 draw string bag.

Cost of sublimation is 40¢ 13x19 sheet. Ink about 25¢.
Slower process but better with multi colors.

Hi Madedesigns,
We were just talking about making powder pouches out of t-shirt material and tap the areas in the pockets with a lot of sticky residue.
I need to look into sublimation again!
Thank you for you time and help.
