So, we are in the process of revamping our custom cap program, and I was hoping someone wouldn't mind giving me some insight as to what it is that is most important to you when it comes to a custom cap order:
Is it Price? Customer Service? Customizing options? If it is a combination of all of the above, which one is most important and why?

Any feedback is appreciated.

To me, these are the most important, in this order:
1. Able to preview a good mockup/ sample
2. Quick turnaround time
3. Price
4. Good service

However, I wouldn't mind a slower turnaround time if your prices are very, very competitive.
