when doing a production run it prints image or graphic in different spots and also makes shadows of letters. some times it gets stuck after the job is done printing and starts a new job. i cleaned to encoder strip. please if anyone knows my problem will gratley appreciate it. thanks

On the left side of the head unit there is an encoder wheel. It also needs periodic cleaning. Romve the cover on the left side of the head unit and you will see a wheel that looks like the same material as the encoder strip, clean it good and also blow out the sensor as well.
