I honestly would turn down this job as I still have difficulty with multicolor prints on Hoodies, but here is my pricing.

If there are at least 6 of each size and only S-XL = 700
if all 24 are the same size (S-XL only) = 556

Breakdown:
Screens = 160
Additional Colors printed = 108
Additional Locations = 24

price for Hoodies
6-23 same size = 408
24 all same size = 264

pricing for 1-5 hoodies per size is even worse...
I understand that any Sizes where quantities were more than 6 COULD mean that another size would only have 1-5pieces.
Each size in qty of 1-5 would be $21 before additional colors and locations.. Making each size having only 1-5 pieces being $26.50 not including screen charges (about $33-34 with screen price averaged into each garment).

yeah when I started doing my math for this job I couldn't get over how expensive they came out to, but that's what happens when someone only wants 24 pcs and a ton of colors. The cost of screens makes the average price skyrocket. I charge very little for screens so i could see others charging way more. I only charge $25 for 1st screen and $15 for each additional screen. Only .50 per extra color and $1 per extra location. I don't charge for "Flashing". I used to not charge for extra locations(I would just charge for the extra color and screen) Until I realized how much it slows down my ability to finish the prints.

That's a ton of screens (and time) for only 24 garments... I'd explain to my customer how they could save a lot of money by reducing the colors. If that didn't work my charge would be 12 screens at $20 per = $240 + around $30 per to print. $30 x 24 = $720 + $240 (screens) = $960. Looks like $40 per hoodie.
