Does anyone know the origin of the guy flipping the bird? I see it around alot but can't find anything that looks like an original. Here's a link to an example.

Just curious, is it a black and white image of a 1950's looking guy with a striped tie and a sort of lewd smile flipping the bird? Uhm, this guy:

LOL I ask because a few years ago I tried to find the origin of it and failed! So I am curious if we are speaking of the same image AND how you succeeded in finding out its origins as that skill/knowledge comes in handy.

I just googled man in suit middle finger I believe. Here's the link to download it Man in suit showing middle finger | Public domain vectors
It says the creator is Johnny Doomsday. I started looking into this because this jackass I used to work for accused me of copying his ideas because I made some eat sleep _____ designs and some It's a _____ Thing You Wouldn't Understand. Which completely blows my mind. How can someone steal a design from you, that you didn't even come up with? This guy with the middle finger is one they use also(I highly doubt they know or care that it's in the public domain). I was going to list a shirt with him on it that said "You want something to whine about.. Here you go!" or something along those lines. I decided against it though.

There was something else I found interesting. The first trademark I could find for the eat sleep design was a company called Skeeter Inc in 1989. They sell boats.
