One of two things. Mesh size or ink viscosity.
What mesh size are you using? A lower mesh will push too much ink through.
How thick is your ink? Is it creamy or runny? You may have to let your ink sit for a little while to evaporate some of the water content. This will thicken it up.

Bump up to 156 (or similar) and you should be golden.im using 110 mesh... what size can you recommend? the ink is creamy. thanks for the info john.

print without flooding. if it does not help then try it wih 150 thread per inch.
Did you stir up the ink real good before you put it on the screen? Try s higher mesh like 155-200 mesh.
