Hi there , i was wondering what would be a good tshirt for hiding a mild case of gynocomastia (manboobs) but with the sleeves still being tight? I read online a thick cotton shirt would work best. I was siggested a gildan 2000 but the sleeves are not tight and a gildan 64000 is said to have a tighter sleeve but the shirt is not as thick as the 2000?
