Iv seen several different squeegees some with rounded edges and some with squared edges. Whats better for what type of printing, i.e. plastisol, waterbased, etc.

I think for the majority of printing, a sharp squeegee blade is your best choice, but don't quote me on that because I'm not positive. I believe rounded edge squeegees are used for different types of special effects printing, but I have no experience with that kind of stuff.

I agree...sharp edge.....printing with a round edge squeegee is like trying to cut paper with a round edge blade pair of scissors....you dont get a clean sharp edge cut....the squeegee needs to be sharp so it can shear the ink from the stencil, leaving a sharp edge print...
