Hi, I'm looking into supplying wall decals on my website and learning as I'm going. When shopping for a supplier to cut the artwork wall decals what type of material is best for interior walls? Something that will last long, look great and remove easily hopefully! Thanks for any tips on what to "ask" when talking to potenial suppliers. Also what is the typical or most poplular sizes Min/Max for walls? Also best way to pack and ship, like in tubes?
Thanks again..

Thanks both for your advice. Sorry I'm a new at this type of work so I have a lot of questions. I'm looking to send out my orders to someone that "fullfills" the orders so they would get the vector art work and cut the artwork. It would be wall decals taken from vector artwork. What would be a good material to make sure it is best for walls? Does it remove cleanly? Thanks again~

8th Day hit the nail on the head for Oracal 631 being a top matte, removable wall vinyl.

Here's an old thread that I made when I tested Oracal 631 on flat paint: http://www.t-shirtforums.com/vinyl-cutters-plotters-transfers/t75223.html

In speaking with Oracal about it, that is to be expected on flat paint. Therefore, you may want to add a web site disclaimer on the side effects of wall vinyl for certain paint types. ;)

Does the orajet curl up? do you have to leave a white border?
Oracal recommends a 1/4" white border around the print to prevent curling. If you have time to let the ink dry and cure before cutting, you can print to the edge though (unofficially ;) ). Print your image with crop marks, pull it off to the side for a day or two depending upon your ink, and reload it to cut later.

Here are the instructions for their printed wall vinyls:
