Any suggestions on a size and brand of press that would be the best idea for me to go with for pressing plastisol transfers? I have one of the cheaper ones I bought off ebay and it has worked well pressing vinyl. But I have found it to be a little more difficult pressing plastisol transfers. Any suggestions? The one I have know is a 15x15 I was thinking maybe a 16x20 and I have a budget of about $1100.00

I bought this one 2 years ago. Has worked well for me:

Digital 20 D X 16 W Clamshell Flat Heat Press (Free Shipping) [HP4850A] - $379.99 : Sunie.com, Leading Provider of Signs Equipment.
Where did you get it from?
Keep the feedback coming. And thanks again.

Only problem I had with it was a spring broke a little over a year after I got it. I called SUNIE support and the shipped me a pair of new ones (cost 12.00 I believe) and I was able to keep it working with some bungie cords till the replacements got here.
Does the heating element heat evenly?

Yep, pretty evenly. Better than I expected from a sub $500.00 press. Like I said in 2 years I have probably pressed 5000 items (shirts, mouse pads, baby onesies, polo's, sweats, hoodies, etc). It is running 7 days a week and anywhere from 6 to 12 hours a day. Its definitely worth the price of admission. I would probably would buy another one. Only thing I'd like different is an auto release. I am a one man shop and some times I have to really hustle. Doing 2 things at once, an auto release would help. Otherwise, I'd get another. IT is actually less now than I paid for 2 years ago. I paid 419 with free ship. It is 389.00 and Free Ship now.
