I don't think anyone can identify the ink that was printed with.
If it so soft you can't feel the ink in the shirt, it's probably waterbased.
But 99% of printers use plastisol.
Oh yeah, that's obviously Versatex Jet black and Aerotex Charcoal gray with a hint of white.

NO! That is definetly Wilflex Black MX with 10% finesse, Union soft based Charcoal. Printed 2 strokes, each color. 
Did you say your screen printer buddy did it for you? Why not directly ask him?!
