I am looking to start making shirts using a Heat Press. I need some help on where to start on what to buy. I am not rich and know that you get what you pay for - however -
1.What is a good size, brand, price for the vinyl cutter i need.
2. Do i need to buy one that says printer cutter?
3.Heat Press - what is a good "Starter" press for cheap.

Im looking to spend around 300 - 400 for each if possible. Again, i am just starting out and while i dont want to waste my money , i dont feel i need top of the line yet either. I been researching this and it is so hard to tell what do i need exactly for basic - get your design, send to cutter, and transfer on shirt.... Thank you in advance for your time.

Silhouette Cameo is $270. if you are starting off, then work on learning how to use vinyl cutters. This cutter is great for that purpose and it has contour cutting, a feature you probably will want in the feature when you realize its potential. Good Luck Oh, it's only 12", but just research Silhouette Cameo, once you see how versatile it is, even at 12", you'll be praying for one.
