What the deal with Posicharge polo shirts?

Hey guys, I know this is a novice question, but I'd appreciate some clarification. We recently heard that Sanmar's "posicharge" polos were made to be screen printed, whereas others were not printable. I realize that they're supposed to not have dye migration problems, but is there a reason we can't print other polos, other than dealing with texture or buttons? Thanks!
