We are a small ice cream shop making & selling our own shirts.
We will offer two colors but are wondering how many of each size to inventory. Sizes small - XL

You see the people that come into your shop. So you have far better data on what sizes to carry than I do about my own invisible online customers!

That said, I imagine you might want a few 2X+, as well. Unless you are outside the USA, I can't imagine your customers top out at an XL. I sell a LOT of 2X. Less of 3X to 5X.

For 100 shirts:
Small - 5
Medium - 10
Large - 30
XL - 30
2XL - 20
3XL - 5

You can fudge these a few here and there but that is the mix I would use.

After all, it is an ice cream shop.
