I am having trouble contour cutting an 10 x 13in image on 11x17in transfer paper with registration marks!!! honestly i always have trouble contour cutting images, but i was sure i had this thing down packed last time!!! i even purchased an extra piece of backing board from michaels craft store just to extend the cutting area, but no success... Can someone help???

when doing print and cuts on a 11x17 i would recommend leaving 1/2" space from the registration marks to the edge of the paper on both left and right sides. On the top edge of the paper i would leave like 2"-2 1/2" from the reg mark to the top edge. when aligning the rollers make sure you have the rollers 1/4" to the outside of the reg marks.

If you leave 2.5" at the top of reg marks and 1/2 bottom , 1/2 left and right that leaves you about 10" wide x 14" high Simple Math

Once your design is not within the square of your register marks you should have no problem, use the plotter controller in cutting master2 then select "read marks" instead of search, you will have no problem with contour cuts.
