Hey Everyone, I was wondering if any1 had any ideas for what the best mesh count screen would be for doing this image, it will be approx 3.5x3.5 on the left chest thanks alot the image will be white on a navy shirt

156 will work fine...no large white areas

I just recently got my first 156, the first thing that came to my mind was that size mesh, and alas! that's the one the previous post recommended.

thanks alot guys, I've been using 110 mesh as most of my designs are large areas of color, most customers are just looking for simple stuff thanks alot

using 110 mesh you have to be careful if your printing with any color other than white because white is alot thicker ink and if you put softeebase in your ink itll seep through you 110 mesh it recently happened to me on a shirt i printed black with a 110 mesh and it soacked through the mesh
