Printing koozies with plastisol neon ink...... being that the design is smaller than a t shirt..... what would be the best size of mesh to use. I was thinking 156??? Might even need an underbase to 156 underbase and 156 ink.

Any help is appreciated :)

Don't underbase. When I print koozies I normally use Union Ink maxopake ink. That is a high opacity ink. P/F/P and you should have a good print on the koozie.
I am not sure what kind of ink I ordered.... but there is a link

www.floridaflex.com/fl---fluorescent-inks.html

I have never used florescent ink before..... Customer wants a variety of colors so I don't need that much... I only ordered pints.

I am going to try a P/F/P on a tester and see how it goes.... will probably burn an underbase screen just in case

thank you for the input ....... very helpful

Neoprene koozies print MUCH better than foam koozies. I use a 110 mesh to 137 mesh, depends on the design. have never had to (or wanted to ) P-F-P on a koozie. If you are going to use maxopake, get it warm first so it will flow better.
