hey I just picked up an Epson 4000 and was wondering what setting I should choose to print a transparency?? Any Ideas? What would work best?

On my old Epson 2100 I set it to 'Black' (no colour), 'Glossy Photographic Paper' and 'Highest Quality'. That has worked for me producing heavy blacks on the acetate. I can't say for sure for your 4000.

I have the EpsonR2000. I printed fine with default settings, but it had to be on the matte side of the transparency. The ink does not stick to the glossy side.
