Hi guys, just almost finished my design and a question apreared, what method to use to print it ?!

maybe it will be black garment, but this does not matter very much, so .. the print will be prety big, and if I will use platisol ink i think it will look and feel heavy, and not so soft on touch, may be to use water based inks, I don't have discharged printing for reasonable price near me .. (Montreal)

So what will be you advice ?!

The softest hand feel would be discharge, followed by water based. Plastisol could be thinned using a little reducer and soft hand additive. If printed through a higher mesh count like 160 or better it will leave a thin ink deposit that will feel really soft. You will lose some opacity with this method but works pretty well. I did a print that way just as an experiment and it worked pretty well. I started with black ink and thinned it as described and lightened it with white though, and it seems from the design like you want white so I can't say this will work for you.

Thank you guys, I have only water base available here, they told me that if use it on black garment with white ink, it will be a little transparent.
Depending on the brand of ink used and how competent the printer is, that can be the case.

Depending on how you want your design to look, that isn't always a problem.

I'd say discharge, then plastisol. Discharge would print very well, plastisol would too there would just be a heavier hand to it... Discharge is a solution you add to water base inks to print on dark shirts. If you tried to print just water base with no discharge added, you would likely not be happy with the prints as you would barely be able to see them.

I guess the print method has been coverd here.

But let me just say the type face you chose for sweat & sacrifice looks more sweet & sexy.

Play with the fonts a while see what you come up with. sweat & sacrifice is a really "distress ;)" period leading up to success.
