What process to make this- short run

So, I was asked by a friend if I could make 6 of these, or get six made. I press plastisol transfers and vinyl right now. I used to have a cheap DTG guy, but he shut down shop. Would outsourcing a DTG guy be my best option? This is more of a favor than anything else. He did say he'd be willing to pay for whatever it ended up costing.

i would agree that out sourcing this to a DTG would be the way to go.

By my prospect it could be done in three ways
a) DTG
b) Sublimation
c) Rotogravure Screen transfer

It is clear DTG is the best choice.
