What printer on budget

Hey guys I'm new and looking to get into heat pressing transfers just wondering what's a good printer to buy I'm looking at an epson wf-7010 is this suitable for printing onto them I have $1000 for equipment to get me started. Iv been reading up on the process but I think I need more info on a few things like if I used the 7010 would I need to purchase different ink/a certain type to print onto the transfer paper I'm wanting to print on light and dark colour shirts. Or can anyone recommend a better printer to buy keeping in mind I have to purchase a heat press and transfer paper out of the money aswell thanks guys
