Since Printer is moving over the bed not like many others(they need factory made only). You can DIY platen as you need it. Home made welcome. Many NeoFlex users are doing it.
All over prints, longer and shorter (laydown flat on top), extend, pockets, Sleeve, pants --- all!!!!. Explore yourself and enjoy it.
