We use a printable heat transfer material and print on a BN-20 (material we use is: CAD-COLOR Solutions Opaque) to get that effect. For the items with a lot of "edges" (not a clean outline), print on a clear material such as CAD-CUT Solutions Clear - that allows you to do a "fat outline" and makes weeding easier. Good luck!

Oh thats really cool. So whats the process and what materials do you use? Im really interested in that. I always had some ideas for personal use of course but never wanted to use jet pro opaque because it didnt come out smooth. Im really interested can you fo more in depth?

RedBubble uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. So all three Pokemon designs you linked are DTG.

And to clarify, 1-2 color prints are very cost effective for screen printing. But the capacity of colors is based on the number of stations the setup has. Screen printing equipment can easily handle up to 16 spot colors. It's pretty standard for most contract screen print shops to have automatic machines up to 12 colors.
