For me, it's all about personal branding. It has to be well done of course, and I tend to think I'm smarter than I am, so cerebral and witty as well. And I love early 70s folk rock, so a graphically well done Niel Young shirt... from one of his concerts that I've been to (the "been there, done that got the shirt" thing) and that's cerebral, is the whole package for me.
I remember telling a youth ( that would be "yute" to youns on the east coast) about the joys of Niel and Crazy Horse, to which they replied " yeah, I think he's kinda cheesy". I guess that's about right, I can't think of a single food that can't be improved by adding cheese.
