Hi there! Will vinyl adhere to 600-deneir polyester tote bags? I currently have thermo flex plus... but am learning I will need to use thermo flex ultra - will that really work?

Spectra cut Plus from Imprintables will work......Watch your heat and make sure there is no finish on the material that might affect adhesion.....

Thanks - how do I know if there is a finish - and is there anything I can do to it (rubbing alcohol, etc)?

Sometimes it is nearly impossible to tell and the 1st indication you get is when you press and the vinyl does not stick or stay stuck....Retail products are usually more problematic than blanks from the likes of Sanmar, etc....

I realize this is an old post, but I was wondering the same thing..... I have a client who wants me to heat press a design on lots of 600-denier polyester tote bags.....

Any pointers on vinyl type... Will thermoflex plus work or would thermoflex extra be better? Any better brands?

Also, what sort of heat settings should I use.... I'm guessing I should slip something in the tote bag so it doesn't melt to itself....

Any other tips? Thanks!
