Hi, I am new to T-shirt printing and aside from purchasing the heat press machine, what kind of other equipment do i need to produce and sale a atleast 40 pcs t-shirts each day. And also i watched this video of demo for the heat transfere machine, and i would like to know if the paper and printer they are using are normal A4 paper or some other type and if so then what is the name of the paper and the printer?

Your questions are not clear. You can use an inkjet to laser. Each use a different paper. You can get the size you need. BUT just starting out, sales of 40 shirts a day is not realistic . Are you home based or store front? You may want to re visit you biz plan

Actually, 40 Pcs a day is a very conservative guess, it is much more than that, it will be unimaginably profitable. Trust me, i am sitting in a gold mine. Anyway, the machine i am looking for looks and functions similar to this one

Also, what i do not understand is what kind of paper do you need to print the image on the paper, and what is the type of the paper and where can i get the printer??

Please give me details and thank you very much.

None of your links are here so we have no idea what you're referring to.

You will need a printer. I suggest an Epson workforce 1100, with refillable carts and bulk pigment ink from cobraink.com. Next you'll need software. I suggest coreldraw, x6 is the newest version. Next go to any of the vendors on the left and get some JPSS inkjet transfer paper in whatever size you want. Next go to some of the vendors on the left and get some white cotton shirts. If you want to print on color you will have to get the paper for printing on darks and something to contour cut your designs like a cutter/plotter or very sharp pair of scissors.

Some of the vendors won't sell to you without a reseller or vendor's license. You will need that to collect state sales tax and to make sure you're legal.

You can get the printer at officemax, staples, amazon, ebay or anywhere else.

To do what this video shows, you use what is called Plastisol Transfers. It is not a process that uses regular inkjet or laser printer papers. This done by screen printing process on special release papers...this is said part way through the video. So this is not a home process. What you do is either (1)design your image and send to some firm like F&M expressions etc and they make your image and send back or (1) order pre made transfers from a company like ProWorld. They post frequently on here. They have a website Art 4 My Shirt. The tip off is the image on the black garments...there are no papers that do commercially viable product on black. Or you can use DTG which is an expensive machine.

Editing this as I went to the website of the presenter on the video. This is nothing more than a sales pitch for their "business course" looks like about $157 and he is selling a medium quality heat press for a premium price. Save your money and search this forum for plastisol transfers and you will learn a lot. Any press in your area that will go up 205 C will do fine..best to get a digital time/temp read out
