I have a exposure box, inside are 4x 20watt tubes. What type of emulsion do I use??

What do you guys recommend, water-based or plastisol ink? I heard plastisol is better..

I will be mostly ordering my supplies from http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/http://www.screenprintingsupplies.com

Ahhaa! Great Idea!
I use their duel cure water resistant emulsion because I mostly print water based ink. You can use it for plastisol, too. If you are only going to use plastisol you don't need water resistant. If you will be doing discharge you will need water resistant.
By "doing Discharge" you mean??
discharge is a water based product that returns the shirt back to the original garment color before it was dyed. This gives a soft hand on darker shirts. Not all garments can be discharged, it depends on the type of dye that was used, plus it has to be cotton. Try doing a search for screen printing discharge and you can find pictures.
awesome.. thanks :]
