I have checked out a couple of your sites and most just exchange. I would love to keep away from accpeting returns and just hoping that it is what the majority does.

I offer a 30 day return policy (exchange or money back).

If you're shipping quality shirts, 99% of the time you'll never need it, but your customers (and potential customers) will feel better seeing that it's there.

We have not had to refund anyones money. We have, however, had a handful of exchanges due to size.

All our work is custom. We do not accept returns on custom work. We will re-print if the mistake was on our end.
