Hi There.
I'm about to print a Job that is a simulated process color -the first one that I do the sepatations for myself, btw-, and the customer wanted it on black shirts. (Gildan)
It has 6 colors and a black, all on 255 mesh.
I'm using Rutland's M2 White as an underbase, on a 156 mesh that I've coated with 3 strokes of Chromaline's PL on each side of the screen -t-shirt side first-.
But... Up until this very moment, it'll only work if I print the underlay on two strokes, flash it, print underlay again, flash it, and then print the color wet on wet. I works fine. But it's a fairly big order, and it would suck having to do all that for the amount of shirts I gotta print.
So, what is your best plastisol choice for an underbase on black garmens -sim. process colors-? And what type of screen would you use?
Thank you all for your help.
