Maybe i didnt phrase it right it's not so much the screen it self as it is the film that i use. After a certain number of uses as i stated above it starts to stick it self to the shirt i think it has something to do with the heat, because it can get kind of hot in my small work area and the dryer is on when i'm running the shirts.:D

I dont use emulsion i use a plotter and stay sharp adhering knife-cut film to put my designs on shirts. :D p.s it gets about 80 degrees in side if i let the dryer run and it not very humid its more of a dry heat.

maybe it is the heat, i dont think it has nothing to do with ur dryer we always have 2 dryers and two flash dryers running at the same time. are u flashing the shirts between prints?
try putting the vinyl in the ink side?
I think your right I'm not a 100% sure but from working it could be the heat that's my guest but if you find out any solid info please pass it on. :D
