I have been looking at heat press Tshirt printing, but have seen this DTG printer. All the others Ive seen have been 11k+, is this such a bad DTG printer?

So what is your question exactly?

The first one is probably some kind of DIY, second one is used, third link is not even dtg printer but normal desktop with sublimation inks.

Thank you, I was wondering why they were priced so differently.
Is buying a second hand DTG a no no?

Buying a used dtg from an individual could be a disaster. I have only been in the dtg business about a year. But here is my take.
1. These machines require constant regular maintenance. It's so easy to get lazy and not clean something 1 or 2 times and you get a clogged print head.... (I'm just ordered my second).
2. Making money with printed t shirts is WAY harder than the idea of making money with t shirts.

Those 2 facts lead to a lot of people cutting their losses. So in the first case the printer is being sold because it is already clogged up or broken in some fashion.
In the second case someone may have thrown in the towel and decided selling t shirts wasn't as lucrative for them as they thought. So their printer sits around waiting off a buyer... Then it's all clogged up.
In either case, there is so service contract or warrantee

As I cant afford a new DTG printer, I'll stick with my Inkjet heat transfer plan. And when I make my millions, I'll get a decent DTG ;-)

A refurb from a reputable company isn't a bad option.
I got my fast T jet 2 from Equipment Zone. And they have been FANTASTIC. They have multiple options of refurbed printers and offer awesome support.
I would suggest maybe something other than the Fast T Jet 2. Only because parts are getting limited. They are also members here.
