There are several free fonts that are similar. "Emboss Tape", " Plastique" are a couple that come to mind. Google these and you will find variations.

BTW, FONTSHOP (FontShop | Find, Try, Download Fonts) is the international authority on typefaces.

It appears that your sample is a "dirty" version of Dynamoe. Also, make the kerning tight to rid the fine white lines between each letter.
