What is this design element called and do you have a vector of it by chance?

Photo attachments haven't worked since they migrated to a new host. May post a link to an external image hosting service.

That said, have you just tried auto tracing it, or even manually tracing it? Often easier and better than trying to find it already done.

I can't get a good autotrace and my manual trace looks like poo-poo.

CorelDraw autotrace is not very good.

As for the name, it's called an s-scroll. Very common in wrought iron gates etc.
