Hello I am curious about the most popular screen size for screen printing... not looking for mesh count just the most popular screen size or sizes....

Probably 20x24", but 23x31" would be a close second.
I prefer 23x31". The extra size comes in handy when printing large images. There is more spaceto control the ink.

Make sure your press can handle a given screen size too.

We used to use 2 sizes of screens in our shop. 23x31 for our auto press and 20x24 for our manual machine. Since we've upgraded out manual press we are switching over to all 23x31 screens. It is going to be nice to have the same screens for everything in our shop. So most common screens is really opinion based on what you are doing. For us now it's 23x31

Make sure your press can handle a given screen size too.

That is worth considering. Some smaller 6 or 8 colour presses won't have enough diameter for larger screens, or you might be restricted to back clamps only.
