I am a new startup business and am hoping to get started with quality t shirts. I need to be able to do one off's as i do offer a custom tshirt service to customers. What is my best option to start? and why?

I understand there is the following:

Heat Transfer
Vinyl
Plastisol
Screen Printing
Sublimation

Any help is appreciated:)?

So if i understand correctly, you are saying to use the "heat transfer" process using JPSS. What would be the use for the vinyl cutter if i am heatpressing? Can it be used to automatically cut the designs that are printed on the heat transfer paper so i dont have to cut it by hand?

Thanks!

You only need a cutter for dark transfer paper. If the design is intricate, you'll never do it by hand unless you use a rotary cutter, & even then it's difficult. If you're only doing basic shapes, you can use a scissors as long as they're sharp.
