Does anyone have a recommendation as to which postal scale to purchase? I'd be especially interested in one that works seamlessly with endicia. I don't mind paying a little more for quality.

I found this one: Amazon.com: Weighmax 2822-75LB postal shipping scale, Battery and AC Adapter Included: Office Products

but wasn't sure if would work with Endicia/Paypal (more endicia than paypal) and read a review that a 75lb scale is not good for weighing objects that only weigh in the OZ's which is primarliy what I weigh. (1 to a few shirts at a time)
