What is the best buy cutter plotter in Europe?

Hello

I am from Germany and I want to buy cutter plotter somewhere here in Europe, because of the high shipping cost.

What do you think what is best buy cutter here in Europe for 600-700 Euros (850$-950$)?

Is there some with optical eye, servo motor for this price?
