What is the best 11X17 printer?

What is the best 11X17 printer? For the price and that can print film or transparencies. and what is the cheapest?
any help would Awesome!!

Epson 1400 is a good 1...dye based inkjet-great for positives, prints 13" wide $199 on epson's website. I have 1 and love it!
