What should be a good price for a Top Quality plain/unprinted Cotton T shirt for a wholesaler?

It can obviously differ a little on quantity, but lets say for five hundred plain T shirts?

What could be the price when importing from China/India? And which is a better place, India or China?

Really depends on 2 factors.

1) quantity,

2) if they are the manufacture or a distributor.

As for me I have a factory in Pakistan and I do minimum quantities at 100 dozen.

For My high Grade T's 180 GSM %100 Cotton range from $3.25 to $2.75 usually.

If you want lower grade, or mixed cotton, or single stitch, the cost can always be lowered to fit a budget.

Found a t-shirt manufacture in Gardena, CA.,
makes 20 singles (185~190 gsm) 100% cotton ringspun for
prices lower than imports.
Good about this is that it's tagless.
They make up to sizes S~4XL. Only in White & Black though...

If your buying for a manufacture or a distributor your going to pay about $1.20-1.80 for white/ash and $1.80-$3.20 for darks. You can open an account with Sanmar, Mission Imprintable, Alpha... and list goes on. If you don't a have a resell permit you can try Alexisblanktees.com. Now if you are going to try to import them in from China or India, remember you are importing them which means you have to pay for shipping and deal with getting them on time. What ever you decide good luck.

Chris, so is shipping cost included or excluded? How much is the shipping cost and what is the mode of shipping? Secondly, are you in USA? What is the import duty?

ohh, why do you guys have that low price ? our Tshirts all come from our own factory, but they have a price 10-14 USD, but we sell very well. Off course we are very serious about the quality
