what image resolution (ppi) and screen frecuency (lpi) should I use for a 200 (tpi) mesh?

I need to print a series of designs that are color separations (simulated process method). But I need to do'em using 200 tpi mesh screens.
I tried 255 ppi as my image resolution, 55 lpi as my frecuency when output the film-positives, at a 22.5 angle on elliptical dot. But I'm getting moire. (Tipically I use 255 tpi mesh, and 200 ppi resolution, with the same 55 lpi, and 22.5, wich works just fine)
So what image resolution (ppi) and screen frecuency (lpi) should I use for a 200 (tpi) mesh?
Thanks guys.

try a different angle, maybe 61 or 17.5 degrees. Also maybe 50 lpi on the coarser 200 mesh.
Thanks Ridgely. I'll try it. Now, do you think I should keep the image resolution at 255? I changed it from 200 -wich I tipically use- since I've read that 'using the image resolution at the same number for the mesh count is a certain formula to get moiré' and, acording to that, I shouldn't use 200 dpi res. for 200 tpi mesh.
200 dpi should be fine, 255 would be better, 300dpi might be overkill depending on the detail and complexity of your design.
