I have tried jetprostretch and laser paper. With the jetpro after a wash the colour comes off. The paper on the laser printer doesnt even come off the t-shirt!

I have been advised it might be my heat press - it doesn;t have enough pressure. I have an old crocodile press.

Can someone advise if this could be the case?

The jetpro should work. I also sometimes peel it and the picture comes off; I have tried various settings of temp and timings. I also use pigment inks.

If this could be the case what heat presses should I be looking for?

Are you following the directions that come with the paper? If you're using pigmented inks & the color washes off, that's not a press issue. It's either the ink or how they're being laundered.

Yes tried the recommended settings; tried lower tried lower tried higher. pigment inks as said in my post. washed them cold wash; washed them warm wash Ive tried it all.

Pigment inks from where? If you bought "pigment refills" from eBay you probably only got a few bottles of food coloring.

What kind of heatpress do you currently have? It may be the heat press not showing the true temperature. Check your heatpress to make sure that the correct settings are being applied

Its a senko. I wouldn't have any idea if the temp is the true temp or not I have tried lower settings which didnt work either

You may need to buy some test strips or purchase a heat temperature gun. Its a good investment if you think of the long run.
