Well, we have an Epson 3000 since lot of years ago and we replaced black cartirdge a year ago or two. Now is printing with clear lines form side to side. We have presses the Black Ink cartridge cleaning. But lines don't dissapear.

We have Accurip software to print films. And we print up to Tabloid or A3 or A3+ .

So, what Epsopn you recomend us? It must be with a big black ink cartridge (no small) because we use to print a lot of films. Epson 3000 cartridge size is very good and big.

I'd clean the 3000 if you're happy with it.
Try an ammonia based cleaner, some methylated spirits, soak the head overnight...
I don't know about Accurip but Wasatch has the ability to print from any channel so you can put a black cartridge in the cyan slot and carry on.
And the 3000 will take 220ml T407 9000 cartridges.
Replacing a 3000 head is fairly straightforward.
