We have a bin that HTV scrap goes in. Every week someone will come in looking for scraps to buy and we sell them whatever is in there for $50-$100 depending on how full it is. Then we buy pizza or another lunch for the shop with the money. We do the same thing with adhesive vinyl, with the exception of reflective vinyl, we have someone else who buys our scrap and end rolls of that.

We used to try to use the scrap for client orders, but the time wasted looking for large enough scraps in the right color made it not worth doing it. But the craft people love it.

i'm with webtrekker

i have a freezer bag for scraps that i later use for text/smaller designs, i also use a mat (cameo cutter)

makes it easier if you do your own designs (esp. multi-colored),
but if not, then you may need to take amw's advice and simply advertise on a craft site in germany

you can also start making some designs/logos to utilize the scraps as giveaways to attract more customers,
or donate to the poor in your area
(sometimes a few fancy, multi-colored flowers on a tee will make a young girl's day when she wears it,
or some sharks/fish for a boy, etc.)

We charge the customer for the width of the material so we don't have scrap, we have trash.

I save small pieces and cut them in squares for color swatch's to give to potential customers since i have about 50 or more colors and styles. I also use it when Im trying out promotional designs or I make label branding with it... or trash it if i have too many small pieces

hi, I'm interested to buy from You with decent price.
I still make researches about tshirt printing and stuff, it would be good way to see if I'm really into it.
tell me Your price and shipping fees to Norway, and we might have a deal.
