So what I am trying to go for is an image that looks like it was hand drawn with a pencil crayon or something ie. http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumb_343/1229122206yMxF9U.jpg

what do you call this kind of image/drawing? so i may look up tutorials on how to make some mock ups. thank you and I hope this is a valid question

just draw it with photo-shop they have some crayon brushes

He is right, photoshop will do this, or of course someone can hand draw with crayons or colored pencil and then scan it back into photoshop or illustrator.. Corel trace could take something like this and vector it very close to what you see... as far as what do you call it? photo realistic? I don't quite know why you need an exact name for it versus how do you do it... Thing to remember when you get it do you have the ability to print it? do you have some high mesh screens (305's) are you putting on lights or darks? can you seperate and print the half tones.. lot of issues other that what do I call this?

By the way, this type of drawing looks spectacular using direct to garment printing on a light-colored shirt!
